Usage

After rinsing the mouth with water, take a required amount of the Sensodyne Whitening Toothpaste onto a soft bristle toothbrush and the brush the teeth using small upward and downward circular motions, making sure to cover all the corners of the mouth. Rinse off thoroughly with water afterwards. For best results, use twice daily.
